  • an organization which offers funding to individual current, ex and transitioning sex worker artists and organizations, allowing them to create and exhibit art work, performance art, music, books, documentaries, photos and ANYTHING contributing to the cultural heritage of sex workers, world wide. . . .

  • sex worker organizations around the world being linked together by computers donated to such organizations in developing countries- AND educational courses to teach computer skills. . . . so that all of us can communicate, share and be empowered with knowledge and be inspired with creativity. . . .

  • Us publishing our own anthologies, poetry, fiction and non-fiction, and producing documentaries, performance art, videos, music, art reproductions and crafts all created by sexworkers.

  • creating economic alternatives, for those who wish to transition out of sex work into a profession in the arts. . . .

  • creating an international fund, through the marketing of our own arts, crafts, documentaries, books, music, etc, which sponsors conferences like ICOP in which delegates from ALL countries can be included. . . .

  • creating a world wide on-line network providing peer counseling, emotional support, transitioning/ vocational issues, health and safe sex information. . .

    Why do we say that?

    • Accurate information is the key to knowledge and challenging dangerous misconceptions and stereotypes.

    How is it possible?

    • Art is a powerful tool by which we can share ourselves, our lives, our goals, our issues. Sex Workers come from a rich and diverse cultural heritage, and have historically contributed much to the literary and artistic world.
    • It is beneficial to everyone when stereotypes and misconceptions are dispelled.
    • ART EQUALS OUTREACH!

Imagine.....

  • Our Foundation is dedicated to the collection, display and permanent preservation of the art, culture and information by and about sex workers past and present, from around the world. . . .
  • Our goal is to educate and create an atmosphere which encourages the artistic growth of current, ex and transitioning sex workers, and stimulates the academic research necessary to positively impact the lives of men and women in sex work. . . .

Imagine.....

  • Offering on-line interactive educational courses to sex workers, students and the public in such subjects as:
    * debunking the myths of prostitution
    * how to market one's art work
    * prostitution through the ages
    * AIDS/safe sex, reproductive health and family planning
    * how different countries deal with prostitution
    * sex work and the law
    * communities seeking solutions to public prostitution problems
    * prostitution in literature
    * prostitution in film
    * prostitution and feminism

    Interactive courses will utilize both sex workers and academics to create, teach and evaluate the courses. . . .

Imagine.....

  • Never again having a conference without delegates from EVERY region world-wide, so that all of the sex worker projects are represented. .

  • All of this being funded through our own non-profit organization, which will raise money through private donations AND the sale of our own products. .

  • Being a part of this exciting, new organization, founded and operated by current, ex and transitioning sex workers. . . .
